The Challenge

Carrie Fabris, founder and chief reframer of CareerFrame, was running a growing career coaching and consulting practice largely on her own when the demands of the business outpaced what she could manage alone. On the recommendation of her marketing director — who was also a BELAY client — Carrie reached out and was paired with a Client Success Consultant and a Virtual Assistant.
