"I could not take on more clients without [my contractors]. I probably wouldn't have my business without having them because I was at the point where I was about to just close my doors because it was so much work for me. My business wouldn't even exist today if it wasn't for BELAY because I needed the help, and I needed people to come in very quickly."

The Challenge
Before turning to BELAY, Lindsay Mitrosilis was running every aspect of her LinkedIn coaching and consulting agency on her own. As the sole operator of Mitrosilis Consulting, she was responsible for client work, content creation, social media engagement, and administrative duties — a relentless workload with no support in sight.
The turning point came when she discovered BELAY through Michael Hyatt's book, Your World-Class Assistant.
"It changed my mind and opened my perspective on how I could get my time back in my business because, at the time, before hiring anybody and leveraging BELAY, I was doing all of the things."
Even after recognizing the need for help, Lindsay was hesitant. She recalls having conversations with BELAY "over the course of a few months" before committing, nervous about bringing on her first contractor. But the stakes were mounting: she had no personal life, was pregnant with her second child, and was seriously considering closing her doors. The weight of doing everything herself had pushed her to a breaking point.
The Solution
Once Lindsay committed to BELAY, she built a focused team of three specialized contractors who each addressed a distinct gap in her business: Social Media Manager Amy Pugh, Social Media Manager Lori Culpepper, and Virtual Assistant Nora Ayan.
Amy — whom the team calls their "Engagement Manager" — took ownership of client social media interactions with a level of trust Lindsay hadn't expected to find so quickly.
"She's really good at learning somebody's voice and then going off into the social media world, and talking as if she's a client. I trust her completely with all of our clients and their engagements."
Lori brought strong writing skills and deep content knowledge to the team, while Nora stepped into the virtual assistant role seamlessly, picking up existing workflows and keeping operations on track. Together, the three contractors gave Lindsay the freedom to focus exclusively on her strengths — coaching, client relationships, and growing the agency — rather than being pulled in every direction at once.
"There are many things you could do as a business owner that you shouldn't do because if you are in a client services role like we are — or if you serve people in any way — the best thing you can do is lean into your strengths and delegate things you are not good at or that you're mediocre at."

The impact of partnering with BELAY was immediate and profound. Lindsay didn't just find relief from her workload — she credits BELAY with keeping her business alive during one of the most demanding seasons of her life.
"My business wouldn't even exist today if it wasn't for BELAY because I needed the help, and I needed people to come in very quickly. I didn't have a lot of time to train. That's one of the best things about BELAY is that [its contractors] are specialized in [their] skill sets. It was very clear to me what I could leverage BELAY for, and [BELAY] exceeded my expectations truly."
Lindsay was pregnant with her second child when she first introduced BELAY into the business — and the support of her contractors gave her back the personal time she had all but lost. She could be present as a mother without sacrificing the agency she had worked hard to build.
Today, Mitrosilis Consulting continues to grow. With her BELAY team handling execution, Lindsay is able to take on more clients and focus on the high-impact work only she can do — a direct result of learning to delegate with intention.
