Terrance and Torsha Johnson pour themselves into serving others — Terrance as Lead Pastor of Higher Dimension Church in Houston, Texas, and Torsha as the founder of Shower Chique, a beauty empowerment brand built around high-quality shower caps. After 20-plus years of serving alongside her husband in ministry, Torsha launched the business as her youngest prepared to leave for college — adding entrepreneurship to an already full life that included three children and active church leadership.

For a time, Torsha stepped in as Terrance's de facto assistant, handling his administrative tasks and calendar. But as Shower Chique took shape, that arrangement couldn't continue.
