Stevyn Guinnip built Grow Wealthy to help financial advisors treat their health as an equally important asset — and her business was thriving. But success came with an unexpected cost. As a solo entrepreneur living the expat lifestyle in Madeira, Portugal, she had moved overseas specifically to create a lifestyle business with freedom and flexibility. "I was thinking for a long time that I might hire somebody. And then, I was like, 'Well, that's expensive. I don't know who I would hire. And what if it's not a good fit?'
